A Wedding Rooted in Family, Intention, and Legacy

There are weddings that feel beautiful.
And then there are weddings that feel deeply rooted grounded in family, intention, and a love that has been lived long before vows are spoken.

Casey and Mark’s wedding at Marble House in Manchester, Vermont, was the latter. And seeing their day featured on Style Me Pretty feels like such an honor not because of recognition, but because their story is one that deserves to be remembered, shared, and held with care

Getting Ready in a Childhood Home Built on Love

The morning of her wedding, Casey got ready inside her childhood home the one her father built, nail by nail, wall by wall. It’s the home where she grew up watching her parents love each other with steadiness and devotion. A love that didn’t demand attention, but quietly proved itself day after day.

That love became her compass.
It shaped what she hoped for, what she waited for, and ultimately, what she found in Mark.

From the very beginning of the day, it was clear: this wedding wasn’t just about two people it was about family, legacy, and honoring where it all began.

A Vermont Wedding Blessed by Rain and Light

As the day unfolded, Vermont did what Vermont does best it told its own story.

Rain fell gently throughout the morning and afternoon, wrapping the day in softness. And then, as Casey walked toward Mark, the storm eased. During their vows, quiet droplets lingered like a blessing over every word they spoke.

When it came time to exchange rings, Casey slipped on a ring that once belonged to her mother passed from one generation to the next. And in that moment, the clouds parted. Sunlight broke through. Not dramatically. Not loudly. Just enough.

It felt like a quiet acknowledgment.
Like the day was saying, yes… this is right.

Intentional in Every Way

Casey and Mark are intentional people. And that intention shaped every part of their Manchester, Vermont wedding from the way they honored their families, to how they moved through the day fully present, never rushed, never distracted.

Their families didn’t just show up they surrounded them. Supported them. Loved them loudly and tenderly all at once. You could feel it in the way hands were held a little longer, in the tears that came freely, in the laughter that felt familiar and safe.

This wasn’t a performance.
It was real love, lived out in real time.

A Marble House Wedding Rooted in Legacy

Marble House provided the perfect setting for a wedding like this historic, elegant, and quietly powerful. It held the weight of the day without ever overshadowing it, allowing the story to remain exactly where it belonged: with Casey and Mark, and the generations standing behind them.

Their wedding wasn’t just a celebration.
It was legacy alive.
It was family honored.
It was an example of love done well.

And being trusted to document it especially as a Vermont wedding photographer—is something I will never take lightly.

As Seen on Style Me Pretty

Having this day featured on Style Me Pretty feels incredibly meaningful because it highlights what matters most: intention, connection, and love that runs deep. Casey and Mark’s wedding is a reminder that the most beautiful celebrations aren’t built on trends, but on truth.

Casey and Mark, thank you for trusting me with your story. Your love is something special, and your families are a testament to what it means to build something lasting.
