I am forever mindful of the fragility of being human and fiercely intent on truthfully documenting the love shared with your people. This is the essence of photography — creating something tangible out of a memory that has long since slipped through our fingers. These images will be passed down after the moments have gone, preserving the love you share for future generations to witness and hold close. From the very first time we speak to the moment you set eyes on the film images from your wedding, you’ll notice that connection is at the core of everything I do. Seeking it. Documenting it. Preserving it. Passing it down.
All I ask of you is to be present in the moment. I’ll capture the in-between instances so real and fleeting that you almost forget they happened. Then I’ll invite you to pause, feel, and remember.
Each one is breathtaking and full of warmth and joy. Her support throughout the planning and timeline preparation brought so much peace and clarity to a process that honestly was incredibly overwhelming."

She listened to us and gave us whatever it was needed on our big day at that moment – whether it was relief from the stresses of the wedding day timeline or a break from the reception. When it came time to review the gallery, we were blown away by the details she captured. It was incredibly special not only to see the beauty captured in the moments, but the feeling we got in our hearts as we relived our wedding weekend."
Felisha provided us with the perfect photos to not only share with friends and family but enjoy for a lifetime. She felt like a lifelong friend and made us comfortable while also allowing us personal space to soak in and enjoy our special day. Thank you for your talent, compassion and kindness… it did not go unnoticed."
The View From Where I Stand
Thoughtfully curated narratives of love and family. Vignettes of parents watching with tearful grins as the newly married couple waves goodbye from their getaway car.
It’s powerful to have something to show when you tell these stories and talk about the most important people in your life. My father passed away when I was just seven, and I cling to the one single photo I have of him — and the memories — as I sit down and tell my children about who he was.
The photographs I take are the tangible memories I personally long for. This has been the force behind my work, ensuring that you and your future generations always have these moments to hold onto. Seeing your beauty and your relationships, and helping you preserve them, is all that matters.
It’s so easy to get lost in the noise of trends and timing, but I find that using design to honor your heart and pour into the guest experience — that is where you find the moments to appreciate and document. When you look back at your film photos, you’ll relive the emotions and be reminded of the generations of love that came before you.
With technology and a seasoned ability to read lips and body language, you wouldn’t know it, but I was born deaf. Hearing loss is a big part of my story, impacting how I photograph and see the world. Talking about this has never been my strength, and yet, my children inspire me to acknowledge this as a part of my perspective. Gratefully, I can understand my clients clearly, but with a sharper sense of feeling and seeing what matters.
