The best way to describe this day? Tuscany, but in the New England countryside. With personalized details and tasteful indulgences, this Aldworth Manor wedding was a refined affair. Let’s reminisce over the details and their breathtaking images.

Aldworth Manor Wedding: A European-Inspired Affair

Situated on 180 acres at the foot of Mount Monadnock, the Aldworth Manor is a historic property tucked into the hills of New Hampshire. Featuring Tuscan-inspired architecture and pristine scenery, it was the perfect setting for Kasey and Cody’s European-style wedding. Their outdoor ceremony was held on the property’s pristine meadows and backdropped by vine-covered columns. The lush surroundings enveloped them in a garden atmosphere as their loved ones watched in support of their commitment. The film-inspired imagery beautifully captured the moment and complimented the wedding’s mood.

A Romantic Garden Feel

The European garden feel was accounted for with a subtle, yet classic color palette of sage greens and soft blues. From the florals to the tasteful signage and curated tablescapes, everything was elegantly tied together. Each floral arrangement was carefully designed to channel the light and airy feel of a garden using a selection of cosmos, ranunculus, delphiniums, and chrysanthemums in the wedding party florals. The attention to detail for the theme continued with the sailcloth-tented reception, featuring hanging greenery, grounded floral arrangements, and a graceful scattering of bud vases across the tablescapes.

Truly and Uniquely Personalized – One For the Books!

Some of the most beautiful pieces of this Aldworth Manor wedding were the details that were so uniquely personal to the couple. Kasey and Cody bonded over books, so subtle nods to this love for literature were sprinkled throughout the wedding. For example, the guestbook table featured a selection of antique books as well as quotes from Jane Austen’s Pride and Prejudice. The literary references continued with the seating arrangements — rather than simply numbering the tables, the couple named each one after iconic authors and poets, including Edgar Allen Poe, Charlotte Bronte, Charles Dickens, and many more. (Definitely an idea to bookmark on Pinterest if you’re a book lover too.)

Early on in their relationship, Kasey also introduced Cody to her love for horses and equestrian riding. A horse-drawn carriage incorporated this passion and contributed to the historic atmosphere of their wedding, making it feel more and more like it was straight from a scene in a Jane Austen novel.

Tasteful Indulgences: From Cocktail Hour to the After-Party

With celebrations also come tasteful indulgences. Starting with a classic East Coast appetizer, the couple and their guests enjoyed a shrimp and oyster bar and passed hors d’oeuvres to pair with the signature cocktails. The celebratory indulgences continued with a cigar bar at the reception, where guests could choose from a curated selection of cigars and personalized matchbooks to mark the occasion. The night ended nostalgically with a visit from the ice cream truck.
