Love is a funny thing. We know what love is but the way love manifests can make no sense at all. Life though, has a funny way of presenting love when we least expect it. In the story of Holly and Tim, this is exactly what happened.

I can recall planning every detail of Holly and Tim’s engagement session like it was yesterday. Holly tried to think of every location within Boston, MA, that held a special place in their heart. Mind you, Holly is a nurse and was in the midst of planning a volunteer trip to India. At the same time, she was organizing a move across the country and planning a destination wedding. Holly is super woman, seriously.

Also, Tim planned the most romantic proposal to Holly I have ever heard about. I’m not joking. It was honestly movie worthy.

We spent the entire day capturing their love story, from mid-afternoon to sundown. We somehow managed to experience every season of New England. The weather went from absolutely freezing, to snow flurries, rain and then warm. All in a matter of hours.

Holly, Tim and I went from Beacon Hill to Seaport, Massachusetts. They handled every season New England threw at them that day as if it was nothing. We laughed, we cried and by the end of our adventure I felt as though I had just spent the day with two of my best friends. They made photographing their engagement so easy. These two love birds are not only hilarious but absolutely perfect for each other. Holly and Tim have the most purest of hearts. Their love for one another and for the world does not go unnoticed. I will forever be blessed to have had the opportunity to capture such a beautiful love story.
